Who we are

What we collect and why

• Enquiry form: your name, email, phone (optional), the occasion and your message, used only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your booking. Legal basis: your explicit consent (the checkbox on the form).
• Cookie preferences: stored locally in your browser (localStorage), never sent to us.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We don't run advertising or tracking pixels.
• We don't load analytics, maps or social embeds before you consent.

Third parties

If you consent to loading the Google Map on our contact page, Google may set cookies and process your IP address under Google's privacy policy. The map never loads without your consent.

How long we keep enquiry data

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your booking and are deleted afterwards, at most within 12 months.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email davesbridgebar@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
